From $5,000 per engagement

For organizations working on Greenland-related strategy, investment, policy, tourism, resources, community engagement, market entry, or project development.

Engagements may include strategic review, stakeholder context, local participation strategy, risk assessment, project design, and implementation planning.

Research & Due Diligence

From $7,500 per engagement

For deeper research, commercial or project review, Greenland-specific intelligence, document analysis, counterparty assessment, or understanding the context behind a proposal.

Project Development & Implementation

From $15,000

For projects that need to move from idea to execution.

This can include strategy, local partner identification, stakeholder mapping, introductions, project design, implementation support, and troubleshooting.

Where appropriate, I bring Greenlandic professionals, operators, knowledge holders, or community partners into the work directly.

For projects where having me physically present in Greenland materially improves the outcome.

This may include stakeholder engagement, field coordination, troubleshooting, interpretation of local context, and access to my network.

Research and content development for lectures, educational programs, expedition companies, universities, conferences, and institutions.

Remote Greenland Travel

I accept a limited number of highly specialized private travel engagements in places such as Qaanaaq and Ittoqqortoormiit.

Bespoke Qaanaaq journeys — from $35,000 per person

Bespoke Ittoqqortoormiit winter journeys — from $50,000 per person

Personally accompanied journeys and complex expeditions are quoted individually.
